2. Service Description
Plumora is an AI-powered book generation platform. You provide creative direction, and our AI generates book content based on your inputs.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the creative inputs you provide. Generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use upon purchase. You may not claim AI-generated content was written by a human when disclosure is required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
- Resell or redistribute the service itself
- Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
6. Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content is generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected output. Plumora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output.
8. Limitation of Liability
Plumora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
