We collect information you provide directly: email address, password (hashed), and content you create through our book generation service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Plumora service
• To process payments via Stripe
• To generate book content using AI (Anthropic Claude)
• To send service-related communications

3. AI Data Processing

Your creative inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for content generation. Anthropic's data retention and processing policies apply to this data. We do not use your content to train AI models. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, all your projects, chapters, and personal data are permanently removed.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication tokens stored as httpOnly secure cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
